The Dale Studio stocks a full range of LED continuous lights including Nanlux monolights (Evoke 1200B, Evoke 900C), Nanlite monolights (Forza 300, FC-500C, Forza 300B II, Forza 150B, FC-120C, Forza 60C), the Nanlux Dyno 650C and Nanlite PavoSlim 120C panels, PavoTube II 30X and 15X tube kits, plus four pre-built lighting bundles.

Daily rates range from $10 for small modifiers and umbrellas up to $240 per day for the flagship Nanlux Evoke 1200B and Evoke 900C monolights. Mid-range monolights like the FC-500C are $170/day, the Forza 300B II is $110/day, and compact lights like the Forza 60C and Forza 150B start at $60/day. Most modifier hire starts at $10 to $30 per day.

The Dale Studio offers Nanlux 150cm and 120cm parabolic softboxes for the Evoke lights, Quickfold RAJA 150cm softboxes, Nanlite rapid parabolic and easy-up softboxes, Phottix Raja strip softboxes, Godox and Nanlite lanterns, jumbo umbrellas (180cm white, 165cm silver, 165cm translucent), shoot-through umbrellas, Godox beauty dish, fresnel lenses with barn doors in two sizes, projection attachments with GOBOs, a 2.4x2.4m scrim, diffusion paper, and mylar film.

The Nanlux Evoke 1200B at 1200W is the most powerful LED monolight available for hire at $240 per day. It is a bi-colour light with 2700-6500K range.

The range includes three colour types: daylight-only (5600K fixed on the Forza 300), bi-colour (2700-6500K on the Nanlux Evoke 1200B, Nanlite Forza 300B II, and Forza 150B), and full-colour RGBLAC (1800-20000K on the Nanlux Evoke 900C, Nanlite FC-500C, FC-120C, Forza 60C, Nanlux Dyno 650C, and Nanlite PavoSlim 120C). The PavoTube II tubes offer RGBWW with 2700-12000K range.

Light stands, C-stands, and grip equipment are listed separately on The Dale Studio grip equipment page. LED lights are hired as head units with power cables. Stands and boom arms are hired from the grip inventory.

The Dale Studio is located at 27-39 Abercrombie Street, Chippendale NSW 2008, Sydney. The studio is open 8am to 5pm, Monday to Sunday.

Yes, you’re welcome to hire our gear off-site.
Prices indicate a ‘day' hire’. This includes from 3pm the day before, until 10am the day after. Outside these ours may incur an additional day hire.

All lights come with C-Stands if requested. Heavy Duty stands can be hired.
Monolights come with your choice of modifier, One modifier per light head.
Additional shotbags, extension cables and power boards can be hired.

If you receive an item that has any damage, text us a photo IMMEDIATELY. If not, you may be responsible for repairs.
Damages that occur during your hire will incur a fee.
